As the founder of Sundara Sacred Arts, Light Spectrum Shamanism, and the Mystery School, Kellye Houck has spent more than a decade exploring the intersection of holistic healing, spiritual practice, consciousness, and personal transformation. A practitioner since 2010, Kellye created Sundara Sacred Arts in 2018 as a space where individuals can step outside conventional approaches to wellness and explore a deeper relationship with themselves, their bodies, their inner world, and the spiritual dimensions of life.
Kellye maintains a private practice in Sedona, Arizona, where she works directly with clients through an integrative approach that may include massage therapy, somatic rebalancing, mindfulness, spiritual coaching, shamanic journeying, and principles drawn from traditional Chinese medical theory. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process and that meaningful transformation often begins by creating space to listen more deeply to the body, mind, intuition, and inner experience.
As the founder and teacher of Light Spectrum Shamanism and the Sacred Arts Mystery School, Kellye also teaches students who are seeking a deeper understanding of shamanic practice, consciousness, shadow work, spiritual development, and the exploration of inner and spiritual landscapes. Kellye’s journey has been one of deep exploration and dedication. From her lifelong study of Shamanic practices and self-hypnosis to her academic pursuits, she has devoted herself to understanding the profound connection between Mind, Body, and Spirit. Her own path has inspired her to support others, especially those healing from PTSD, with compassion and wisdom with trauma informed care. With a degree in Holistic Health Care and Behavior Psychology, Kellye spent over five years immersing herself in the healing arts, and accumulating over 1,600 hours of massage training. Her training spans Traditional Chinese Medical Theory, Shamanism, Tui Na/Acupressure, Medical Massage, Sports Massage/Myotherapy, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. She is a licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, having graduated from the South West Institute of Healing Arts in 2010. She earned her degree in Holistic Healthcare in 2013 and her Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2023, with plans to complete a degree in marriage and family counseling by 2026.
Kellye’s training and initiations in shamanic traditions have deeply shaped her practice. Over the years, she has also received extensive training in Theta Healing, a powerful modality that works with the subconscious to release limiting beliefs and create profound transformation. Her shamanic journey has taken her through traditional Celtic practices, where she underwent initiations that connected her to the ancient wisdom of her ancestors. She has also studied Taoism, embracing its principles of harmony and balance, and delved into neo-pagan shamanism, which has enriched her understanding of the interconnectedness of all life. These diverse traditions have woven together to form the foundation of her unique approach to healing.
What truly sets Kellye apart is her heart-centered approach. She meets every client with empathy, creating a safe and loving space for healing and growth. Her passion is helping others step into their power and become the best versions of themselves. Alongside her studies in psychology, Kellye has delved into multiple spiritual practices, which inspired her to create Light Spectrum Healing Arts and Light Spectrum Shamanism. Kellye’s background in holistic wellness is grounded in extensive training in therapeutic and structural bodywork. As a myotherapist, she has specialized training in myofascial work, craniosacral therapy, sports massage, medical massage, and other techniques focused on the body’s structure, movement, and recovery. Her studies and early professional experience were particularly focused on injury recovery, chronic pain, muscular dysfunction, and restoring mobility.
Before entering the luxury spa world, Kellye worked in medical and physicians’ office settings, gaining experience working with clients whose needs extended beyond relaxation and traditional spa treatments. She later brought this therapeutic foundation into the luxury wellness industry, creating a distinctive approach that bridges the two worlds: the precision of therapeutic bodywork with the restorative experience of luxury wellness.
Her work is not simply about providing a relaxing massage. Each session is approached with an understanding of the body as an interconnected system, allowing her to adapt techniques to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all treatment. Kellye’s spiritual practice began at a young age. By the age of 12, she was already practicing tarot readings, developing an intuitive style that has continued to evolve throughout the years. As a Reiki Master, shamanic practitioner, hypnotherapist, and intuitive reader, she brings together multiple forms of spiritual and energetic practice.
Kellye is particularly clairsentient, often experiencing information through feeling, sensation, and energetic awareness. This gives her readings a distinctly intuitive and empathic quality, allowing tarot and spiritual guidance to become a deeper process of reflection.

Sessions can take place in your Airbnb, private residence, retreat setting, or another space where you feel comfortable, allowing you to remain immersed in your experience without having to leave your surroundings.
For those who prefer to work from anywhere in the world, Kellye also offers online spiritual services and the Sacred Arts Mystery School, where she teaches Light Spectrum Shamanism, a spiritual practice she created and developed through years of personal study and practice.
